Policies & Fees

  • We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations of private and semi private training sessions. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows (including lack of access at residence at time of pickup) will be charged the full session fee. For group classes, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled class start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3-7 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will not be refunded.

  • Clients may reschedule a private or semi-private session free of charge if they provide at least 72 hours notice. For rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled session, a $20 rescheduling fee will apply. For rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.

    Rescheduling a group series is permitted only if space is available in a future class. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled class start date. All rescheduling of group classes will incur a $30 rescheduling fee. A series may only be rescheduled once.

  • We are committed to protecting the welfare of dogs and only using humane methods that are reward-based and evidence-based to train dogs. Methods used to train animals emphasize positive animal-human relationships and proactively minimize animal fear and stress. Use or of any handling method, device, or tool that is designed to cause, or that causes, pain, injury, anxiety, fear, or distress to an animal is prohibited.
